Pros

That I left the company without wasting any more time.

Cons

No pay for performance. People were being laid off from a department while their replacements were in the training rooms getting trained to take their places. This place is a revolving door. People hired and moved up into management who couldn't handle their entry level position. Management deliberately the underwriting of loans to keep the volumn of loan approvals down while approving other loans that had worse credit profiles. You will not find a lower more corrupt form of business.

    Pros

Room for growth, ability to learn by continuously training, trust in decisions that we made as non-manangement, promote within.

    Cons

Unfortunately for me it was the customers. Maybe it was the location, but the ones that you enjoyed seeing were few and far in between.

    Advice to Management

    keep up the good work

    Pros

Extremely flexible with scheduling. Great part-time job for a student. Plenty of room growth within the company as long as you can meet your referral goals.

    Cons

Be ready to be micromanaged, and expect to be held accountable for referrals even for a part time employee.

    Advice to Management

Assign jobs and let each employee carry them out. If the job is not being done, then and only then step in a take control.
