“Your career is what you make it”
I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Management can be very flexible with work schedules and the environment. There are more jobs are opening up with the ability to work from home. Company offers lots of training courses offered on everything from soft skills to hardcore programming skills.
Cons – The salaries could be much better.
