Good

Administrator (Current Employee) Jersey City, NJ (US)

ProsThe interview process was fairly simple. I had a phone interview and spoke with a group of maybe three or four people. They asked about my background. All of the questions for either fairly general or related to my prior experinece. Almost right away I was asked to come in for a second interview that lasted at most an hour. They showed me the office and sked me a few more questions

ConsSalary might be too low.

    Bad

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Hyderābād (India)

I have been working at Bank of America

Pros: Work Life Balance but again depends on Manager. Cons: Highly politicized Environment, Manipulative, Work is given the last priority, No Evaluation Framework, No 360 Review process,… Advice to Senior Management: Measure performance by work rather than saving your own ass..… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
