Current Employee – been working at Best Buy part-time for more than a year

Pros – There are some great people you get to work with, everyone is like a family in both of the stores I have worked in. You can fit in easily. The discount and other accommodations through companies is amazing. Overall it is a good work environment

Cons – Low pay for what I do, clientele can be very rough, management is sometimes very unorganized
