Pros – Very inclusive company, and technically skilled employees
Very good atmosphere in the office and facilities are good.
Leaders within their industry

Cons – High turn around of staff, which shows in some projects
Can some times feel that the management doesn't know the direction they want the company to go

Advice to Senior Management – The company should focus on a few goals and improve in those areas rather than going for the machine gun approach.
