Pros

Comfortable Work environment. Meaningful work.

Cons

Bureaucracy. Slow pace of getting things done. Not a data driven company in many departments.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think a data driven approach to infrastructure and the old CIO departments needs to be adopted.

    Salary was excellent as were the hours

    When they decided to close our site, it was handled in a poor manner.
