I worked at Bloomberg L.P. full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

If you are brand new and could not find other options, perhaps you may get your train in faniance here. Remeber, try to switch to others as soon as possible when you get a chance.

    Cons

    1. One will not be surprised to find those peoples who did not know much will be promoted to the manager's positions if he knows the office poltics.
    2. A company that is practicing the "manage people out" strategy when one becomes 40+.
    3. No career path future even if working hard.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No need to give any comments. It is the company culture.
