Current Employee – been working at Bob Evans part-time for more than 7 years

Pros – our guests make it wonderful to come to work every single day. I love my regulars and they love me ?

Cons – corporate is corporate~you lose major mom & pop closeness. While it is good to have standards and high expectations, our slogan of treat each guest as if they were family isn't always extended to employees. It has been getting better in recent times, but not always.
