    Pros: Benefits are very good and there are a lot of… Cons: Hiring process is so slow that good candidates are lost to other offers. Pay is low with minimal 1.5-2% annual raises. Work load varies… Advice to Senior Management: The old moto of "our employees make us the success we are" has been completely forgotten. Stop treating employees like they are replaceable, work ethic… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
