I have been working at Bristol-Myers Squibb full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fitness Center, opportunity to move around in a multi-disciplinary company, smart colleagues, the company has a strong and healthy desire to assist patients

    Cons

Competitive environment (urgency around taking credit for projects), militaristic approach to management style, very demanding job, not everyone works as hard as the next so there is a good amount of picking up slack if you care about your department

I have been working at Bristol-Myers Squibb full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Compensation, 401K, stock awards at mid to higher levels. Mostly good people. Great training and career development. Decent pipeline (a few years out).

    Cons

Seems to reorganize every 18-24 months. This leaves employees with a sense of instability.
Tough to get things done due to internal corporate bureaucracy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your reorganization has made departments less efficient.
