Great Company with driven leadership team, trying its hardest to be the best

Management team is visible and highly driven to succeed
Financial leadership has dramatically improved in the past 5 years

ConsDifficult to transfer between business units or departments to develop skills
Insufficient focus on technical training
Educational reimbursement $ should be increased to encourage longer term development

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide incentives to management team to encourage training and development / cross BU training / internal transfers. It won't happen by magic - people don't want to let go of good people.
Don't start going into markets without wanting to win them. This is not what Broadcom's about

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
