Commercial Real Estate Broker Tenant Rep

Associate Director (Former Employee) Newport Beach, CA (US)

ProsOffer full service real estate services. Global network. Large pool of market data and statistics.

ConsMust take personality test. Large company splits.

Difficult to do with the nature of this business but I think a team effort is always the best approach. Also work hard to stay on cutting edge of trends to keep a market advantage.
