    I worked at CBRE full-time

    Pros

Great source of knowledge, lots of intelligent people good view of the sector.

    Cons

Really don't take care of employees who are not 'major' producers while letting the big producers get away with inappropriate actions over and over. They seem to rather take the financial hit of replacing employees than helping them grow and advance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Very top heavy model, learn to invest in the next generation and 'support' staff effectively.

I have been working at CBRE part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Big company with opportunity for advancement and ability to move within. Internal postings are frequent and access to global network.

    Cons

Satellite offices are small with only a few employees. One has to be proactive to be recognized within the firm. If advancement is key you need to get noticed
