    Pros

Offer full service real estate services. Global network. Large pool of market data and statistics.

    Cons

Must take personality test. Large company splits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to promote team collaboration within the network of brokers, property managers, space planners, sustainability, marketing, research and admin employees. Difficult to do with the nature of this business but I think a team effort is always the best approach. Also work hard to stay on cutting edge of trends to keep a market advantage.

    Pros

Abundant opportunity, rewarding, smart colleagues, great culture.

    Cons

Large company environment and you are not going to know everyone. Can be bureaucratic but it's the reality of any large company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
