Former Employee – worked at CPA full-time for less than a year

Pros – Management was easy to get along with. They would give out snacks on Friday which was a good perk in my opinion.

Cons – Not a whole lot of room to move up and the pay was less than 30k which I feel needed to improve. The medical benefits were pretty expensive.

Advice to Senior Management – Increase pay to keep employees around and larger bonuses for collectors doing well.
