CSG Systems International Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at CSG Systems International

Pros – The work environment is pretty friendly
Very casual dress code is a bonus
Benefits are above average from what I know about.

Cons – Information passed down from upper management is much too vague and generic.
A lot of situations where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is up to.
Quick to bring the hammer down on what is viewed from upper management as a problem but extremely slow to reverse when the situation shows it's justified.

Advice to Senior Management – Upper management needs to find a way to truly communicate better with the average employee. They do a good job at regular generic updates but those just don't seem to be effective.
