    Pros

They allow the numbers and stats to drive change. You don't have a manager picking an arbitrary number out of the air and requiring you to meet that standard.

    Cons

It's never enough or what have you done for me lately.

    Positive Outlook

    Pros

PTO, bennies are decent. Some good co-workers.

    Cons

Lower level employees don't get any recognition for their work. You can bust your tail, and nobody notices. Lifting heavy lead filled FDG cases will eventually impair your health. Pay is sub-standard for all the responsibilities you have.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the time to recognize when employees are doing a great job, after all, they are the one's who make the company successful. And a raise in pay wouldn't hurt either.
