Pros

- premium skill development platform
- rewards hard workers
- Cars.com + Groupon are two companies that actively sought to duplicate CareerBuilders entry level sales foRce success.

Cons

- Narrow Vision + Lack of Flexibility from the top leadership....
Leadership has a round hole that they insist everyone fit into....
End result is frustrated + demotivated sales teams.

Advice to Management

The VBU does what you want it to do but I believe it's future+ long term success require a significant philosophical process change. The best reps in the VBU consistently report "hating their lives". Figure out a different productivity optimizer other than activity blahnonstop,

    Pros

Benefits are incredible, including a generous PTO policy. Flexible work schedule makes it easier to maintain a good work and life balance.

    Cons

The salaries are jokingly low for the demands put upon employees. Whenever people are fired, quit or laid off, they are rarely replaced, making extra work for those who are already overworked and underpaid. Diamond Club trip is ridiculous, those who are chosen are chosen on criteria that varies widely by department.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay for non-sales positions to reduce turnover. The functions of the company outside of sales are necessary for success, yet many quality people have left due to ridiculously low pay.
