    I worked at Chrysler

    Pros

Cool jeep brand. Great HQ bldg in Auburn Hills. Cool people and informal working atmosphere. Good bonuses when times are good. Strong focus now on improving the products.

    Cons

Chaos of the Fiat management style now that the companies are merged. Seems like weekend work is expected. Too many rapid changes and changes in direction to maintain steady long term growth. Lack of established processes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer development opportunities to employees allowing them to rotate and move every 24-36 months. Define a goal based incentive comp plan that goes well below just the executive level.
