“Great place to work and learn”
I worked at Cisco Systems full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Loved the company and location in NC. Learned alot and enjoyed my time at Cisco tremendously.
Cons – Not alot of mobility and growth when I was there however I hear this has changed.
Advice to Senior Management – Invest in talent and trim the fat; make Cisco great once again by rewarding the promoting those who are best in business, product, thought leadership, design, development, partner enablement, and selling.
