“Apathetic”
Former Employee – worked at Citi as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Networking can get you anywhere - but watch your back, it's easier to make enemies than to make friends in this environment.
Cons – 1. HR have way too much power.
2. The egos...oh dear lord...the egos. Stroke them too much and you won't be liked. Stroke them too little and you're a nobody.
3. Why is it that everyone who works here has a long face?
