“Currently in O&T Consolidation/ Centralization”
I have been working at Citi full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – You can be part of biggest turnaround story in financial services.
Cons – Citi lost some very talented folks along the way.
Not very efficiently run - Too many deadwood employees
Citi is in the middle of multi year consolidation of O&T. This will eliminate duplication and reduce costs. Obviously a number of people will lose their jobs along the way..
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on day to day execution. Need to find ways to improve employee productivity.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
