I have been working at Citi full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Citi a reputable company with lots of oppotunity to move around. There are lots of groups within the firm for someone to get exposure.

Cons

Citi's salary is not competitive. pay and bonuses have been flat for some time. if you are not in banking and fall within IT or Administration, the salary increases are not good and it may remain like that for sometime until the market picks up.

    Pros

They just expect you to take all the crap they throw at you and give you a crappy Citi pre paid card with £50 on it for Xmas bonus BOLLOX!
