I worked at Coca-Cola Refreshments full-time for less than a year

Pros – Room for advancement, millage/car reimburstment, base salary plus incentive, good benefits.

Cons – sales quotas, repetative work, grocery store managers that think there god and you have to bite your tounge. long days, start early in the morning.

Advice to Senior Management – Have the back of your employees a little more we are the ones out there on the front lines getting things done.
