I have been working at Code and Theory as a contractor for less than a year

Pros

Cool, talented people, great location and office, nice perks, high-profile clients.

Cons

Don't freelance there unless you can afford to work without a paycheck for several months as they do not pay in a timely matter. As far as work, there are great opportunities but it really depends on account, how long you've been there, and how tight you are with upper management.

Don't freelance there if you expect to get paid regularly

I worked at Code and Theory

    Pros

Cool location, casual atmosphere. Free Coffee.

    Cons

As a freelancer, getting paid was harder work than the actual work. So many excuses why your check was not ready.
