Former Employee – worked at Condé Nast as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Responsibility given right away to summer interns
Worked in other departments (editorial, advertising, marketing)
A few events to attend, beauty sales, and other perks

Cons – Worked in a department that wasn't used to having an intern. If I didn't ask for projects there sometimes wasn't one.
Some tedious tasks like filling out Excell sheets
