Pros

The company has very good benefits and a generally good management. They provide a pleasent working environment and some nice perks, like free cable and low cost phone and internet.

Cons

The company is raising prices and losing customers. They have unreasonably high sales quotas so the sales reps are under constant pressure. They brought in a 'hatchet man' laid off a lot of great people in 2009 in order to hire more 'sharks.'

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a way to offer affordable services to customers and quit trying to trick people into paying more. Value your employees the way you used to.

    Pros

    The benefits and the pay are good. Tons of autonomy with the ability to work out of home and never micromanaged.

    Cons

    If your a new employee to don't expect to get paid anything more than the minimum, they only look out for tenured employees. The management is very week and provide the sales team no training or support. No one in management actually has any sales experience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire sales manager with actual sales experience. Learn to train and provide support to your sales team.
