Pros – Well renumerated and I gained a great deal of experience in a fast paced high pressure enviroment.
Good place to gain exposure to many aspects of the business

Cons – The working culture can be a bit brutal where personal survival and neopotism seems to trump the greater goals of the business
Long long hours

Advice to Senior Management – Allow the teams to do what they do best, cut a few people from the top. You have a very talented pool of staff if you would just let them work.
