Pros – ∙ Works around your hectic student schedule
∙ Develop and build up useful skills
∙ Internships are available available with creative, technical writing and engineering fields
∙ Student pay is based off college credits earned
∙ If you are a dedicated employee, they will do anything to keep you employed

Cons – ∙ Pay is based off only applicable college credits (if you work in Personnel as a graphic designer, graphic design classes would not count towards your base pay only Human resource credits would apply)

Advice to Senior Management – Motivate your students to invest into a career with this company and or offer incentives to stay.
