Current Employee – been working at Deloitte
Pros – you have the opportunity to get staffed on challenging and diverese projects; you get to solve business problems by thinking tactically and strategically
Cons – I think the downside is something which is typical of consulting projects - maintaining a healthy work life balance can besome a problem especially when staffed on long-distance projects
Advice to Senior Management – The strong and clear leadership from Punit was very much admired in the firm. Best wishes for our new CEO.
