I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good and experienced people, strong team collaboration within a domain, very good and personal approach from management to employees, lots of various technical and financial trainings

    Cons

Very slow processes (a release may take 6+ months), overcomplicated/inefficient support processes especially for technical infrastructure, broken escalation (if you want/need to change something significantly) and shattered vertical processes

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Higher positions tend to hide problems by saying "we need to help people, not punish them". But problems on all levels should be made public - problems made visible aren't punishment, it is opportunity for some people to offer help and for other people to improve themselves.
