I worked at Diamond Resorts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Benefits, travel to resorts, interact with many people from various locations, opportunities to move around within company

    Cons

Long hours, office politics/Brown nosing, if you are not up your managers butt every day your contributions are over looked, high turnover in certain depts, if you don't work late or take your lap top home with you and try to have a life you are viewed negatively...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work life balance should be encouraged, not penalized

I worked at Diamond Resorts full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work is ok and relaxed. Get vacation whenever needed because the managers in all departments are least qualiified.

    Cons

Bad mangers, less qualified people become managers in Diamond resorts. They do not know how to treat qualified people. Very unprofessional. If any want a career i would advice "keep away" form this company and managers will most of time chit chat and have fun in the office.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers should get training before they mange others.

    Disapproves of CEO
