I have been working at Dollar Tree part-time

Pros

Paid breaks and friendly environment. It is fun to work there.

Cons

Being a new store there are not enough hours to satisfy every employee. I am not happy with just a 6-10 hours of work in a week

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If any caashier performs really good or do alot of promotional sales, he or she should be given some exta cerdit may b in the form of more working hours etc.

    Pros

Co-workers are super nice and its fairly easy.

    Cons

Nothing rarely gets completely done because the store is always busy, you get written up easily even for events you cannot control.

I have been working at Dollar Tree full-time for more than a year

    Pros

no real pros working for this company.

    Cons

unpredictable hours, district manager is not very friendly, a lot of miscommunication. told to do one thing by three different people three different ways.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communication!! Regional manager and district managers need to communicate with each other before coming into the stores. Regional manager tells assistant managers to do one thing then the district manager tells assistant managers to do another. These guys really need to communicate better.
