“It is really good to work in a friendly environment with average work load and paid breaks”
Current Employee – been working at Dollar Tree part-time
Pros – Paid breaks and friendly environment.It is fun to work there.
Cons – Being a new store there are not enough hours to satisfy every employee. I am not happy with just a 6-10 hours of work in a week
Advice to Senior Management – If any caashier performs really good or do alot of promotional sales, he or she should be given some exta cerdit may b in the form of more working hours etc.
