“Worked in a couple different positions at the company”
Current Employee – been working at Dominion Enterprises full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Starting to really get to the point of being a technology company.
Cons – Still has a lot of senior management that has no experience working with technology and is trying to make the transition from a print business. Only a few visionaries in senior management rolls.
Advice to Senior Management – Start paying a little closer attention to industry wages if you want to employee and keep top talent.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
