Former Employee – worked at Dyson as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Great work environment, flexibility, strong support system in place if you choose to take advantage of it, opportunity to do really meaningful work

Cons – really long walk to bathroom (seems dumb, but true), no offices so you must be willing to be on guard about the things you say since everyone might overhear, very competitive work environment

Advice to Senior Management – more interdepartmental cooperation and communication might help increase productivity and decrease avoidable stress

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
