I have been working at E*TRADE Financial full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

I support the high-income jobs and support the places near the place of residence for more than a remote factor I support the diverse functions and not just one function

    Cons

I hate the lack of diversity of languages and the lack of training courses for short periods

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice is as follows: on the company to evolve and expand dramatically and fast at the same time and this happens to increase, especially the basic languages such as Arabic and ... Etc. Second, targeting people with popular on Facebook and advertising for this company Thirdly targeting their pockets full of people and people with influence locally and internationally, as people living in the Persian Gulf are the focal point for many companies that have become rich and global
I would advise to also target people from the countries of its currency cheap, because they would receive a wage high value and will work hard
