I worked at EY full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Nothing special, now in job seeker competition, having experiences in public accountant firm has no better bargaining position in salary or position negotiation

    Cons

If there is no better bargaining position than ones who work in conventional firm/organization, why should we bother ourselves by working 48 hrs non-stop but not all of your overtime hours are paid

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop making the clients happy by being looked so busy. My ex-manager has been auditing the client since she was a rookie until she becomes senior manager. Should we work 48 hrs without sleeping (occasionally) just to make our client happy and to make that our fee worth our (looking) "hard" effort. She knows exactly all the fraud but she just wants to make us look busy so the firm looks worth for the fee
