    Pros

    Company culture is really good, people are great, very helpful and good mentors. Projects are good and challenging.

    A perfect firm to start a career. No boundaries for how much you want to learn or what you want to learn.

    Cons

    Salary is little less than what other companies are offering in the industry but company gives very good raises as you go up in the corporate ladder...

    Pros

    Good breadth of opportunities in general at lower levels
    Flexible and allows for work-life balance
    Good knowledge systems
    Global footprint and leverages it to a good extent

    Cons

    Not very tuned to local conditions
    Above a certain level, the career opportunities not very clear
    HR practices and benefits not very consistent across offices
    Investment in training and mentoring not very consistent across locations/countries and areas

    Should be country/region blind and look at developing world offices on par with rest or commit to and invest significantly in developing them to be on par.
