Senior Associate (Current Employee)
Boston, MA (US)

I have been working at EY full-time for more than a year

ProsTeaming atmosphere
Location
Financial Client base
Accessible partners
Emphasis on learning
The company has a focus on getting the job done. Those who come in as interns or campus hires will be well developed.

ConsMore work needed on transitioning experienced hires. More work on diversity initiatives and making those who arent in the "right" networks feel more connected to the whole team. The variety of work seems limiting, you can get stuck on one client for an extended period of time and not gain other experience

Advice to Senior ManagementIncrease diversity awareness

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
