    1. people focus, and opinion matters
    2. Drinks in all office parties :-)
    3. Lot of growth options

    Cons

    1. BPO like culture
    2. Very little travel options
    3. salary is way skewed out of proporption between peers

    Pros

    plenty of opportunities, great co -workers, some really brilliant people

    Cons

    fair share of dumb and incompetent people; people who are getting promoted even though they barely understand how to manage a project , let alone manage teaming etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    do not encourage a promotion system where people are promoted because of no. of years at the firm, but rather, should be on skills.
