    Pros

    - Great learning environment. Tremendous learning through knowledge sharing
    - There is a conscious effort to develop talent. The seniors are generally helpful, there are a number of knowledge sharing / update sessions. The company also organizes high quality soft skills workshops.
    - The career growth is fast
    - Salaries, bonuses, etc are good
    - The quality of people at the firm is good. Most of the people will be willing lend a helping hand even if they are from a different team / don't know you personally.

    Cons

    - There are times when the stress levels rise due to work pressure.
    - The work timings can be bad. There is no lean period (which, of course, is indicative of the growth in the firm.
