Education Management Employee Review

Former Employee – worked at Education Management full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Worked with great people in my department

Cons – Layoffs every few months for the last 3 years, company is facing a huge whistleblower lawsuit and regulatory changes due to Gainful Employment rules. Best people are quitting if they haven't already been laid off. Upper management only cares about keeping investors like Goldman Sachs happy.

Advice to Senior Management – Start caring about what happens to the students again.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
