I was so bored at this job.

ProsGood pay and benefits, including long vacations. Good opportunities to meet people in other places as well.

ConsBoring job, boring people....no opportunities for advancement. People who have been there for 15 years do the same things you do as an intern.

Advice to Senior ManagementAdd more variety to the work?

    A Wonderfull Place to Work

    I worked at Egon Zehnder full-time for less than a year

    Pros: There are Team Leaders, Managers, VPs but none of them… Cons: work may be a little monotonus Advice to Senior Management: Do not just celebrate laxmi pooja, dashahra, holi and christmas… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
