    Pros

Had several team build events during summer intern; Working time is flexible; Working environment is very good; bosses are very kind.

    Cons

Since I only had only stayed 3 months, I did not find too much cons about the studio I worked.

    Advice to Management

I am fine with the current management style. In my team, there is no micro-management; bosses are very nice.

  2. Great facilities. Good benefits. Crazy politics. And Mad OT.

    Pros

    - Great Facility - Library to borrow games/movies/books for reference or personal, Company Store for cheap games, Cafeteria that has decent food, arcade, foosball and pool tables, TVs above the urinals.
    - High budget projects - It's an awesome experience to be part of AAA development.
    - Great stepping stone for someone entering the Game Industry

    Cons

    - Mad OT
    - Company politics, more than the norm
    - Ratio for project manager to worker bee is almost laughable.
    - Easy for people to not pull their weight, since teams are larger

    Advice to Management

Take care of talent and make sure they're happy and not burnt out.
