I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time (less than an year)

Pros

A lot of cool perks, gymnasium, soccer field, a lot decent of local discounts.
Depending on your team, really fun work environment.
Fun work, and challenging. Learning new things every day.
Great team building events, almost every week.

Cons

Too much management.
Lack of creative control for developers.
Too much red tape to get a major decision done fast.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen a little closer to the consumers

    Pros

    Had several team build events during summer intern; Working time is flexible; Working environment is very good; bosses are very kind.

    Cons

    Since I only had only stayed 3 months, I did not find too much cons about the studio I worked.

    I am fine with the current management style. In my team, there is no micro-management; bosses are very nice.
