I have been working at Electronic Arts full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Mature company that normally get it. There are lots of senior engineers that will not put up with crazy over time and the like. Not to say it is easy but that is part of the fun too.

Cons

It will depend a lot on the team however. Starting out in games is hard however once you have worked a few years things get better.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to take risks on good games. We have spent too much on some of the companies we have bought. Star wars didn't turn out so well.
