I have been working at Epsilon full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good company atmosphere that helps to enable one to grow in a variety of different ways, and a cafeteria, gym and all that good stuff too.

Cons

Out in Wakefield which is kind of out of the way for most employees, which can be frustrating.

    Pros

Depending on the client team, the environment tends to be flexible whether you want to work from home or work remotely. Good place to start.

    Cons

Works you like a work-horse. A lot of hours and very tedious work. Management is very disorganized and cliquey.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your associates. Try not to be biased.

I have been working at Epsilon full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Everyone seems to be hard working, very talented group of people. For the most part, everyone sticks to a 9 to 5 schedule except for the occasional crunch time. Good place for networking and building relationships. Flexible work arrangements, even supports full time telecommuters.

    Cons

Seems to lack focus and stability. Too much change without allowing anything time to soak. There's a general atmosphere of mistrust of upper management. Guidance and vision is lacking. Benefits could be better. Expectations are often unrealistic, causing cycles of missed deliveries which demotivates everyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on employee retention, there is way too much turn over and turn over is very painful for those left holding things afloat. Do a better job with the benefits package.
