    Generaly speaking, Ericsson is a good company, particulary for young people to learn to develop at beginning of your career.

    This industry is decline, and Ericsson will lay off some staff every year.

    Leading in latest development. - LTE
    great opportunities.
    Low stress levels even when deadlines are compromised (probably cons!)

    Cons

    Very slow development.
    Missing the Zing! , the agility and the responsibility.
    too many changes too often, its like the management wants to keep their feet in as many boats as possible to improve performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    incentivize performance!. its ok to be "meeting expectations" to bad/under-performers because of swedish ideologies but you really gotto motivate the go-getters. if you dont, you will get more and more drones/zombies/daemons working for you than active processes!
