“Diverse work experience with a safety first attitude”
Current Employee – been working at Exxon Mobil
Pros – Start with good salary, benefits vacation. Early on there are opportunities to work in different roles and learn variety of technologies.
Cons – Bureaucratic. Ranking system leaves a lot to be desired.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen more to the needs of employees to improve development process.
