    Pros

FLIR has a strong ethical culture. There is a focus on delivering quality, innovative products and superior customer service. I am also aware that FLIR may appropriate choices when faced with challenging situations.

    Cons

FLIR is a finance-driven company, often to a fault. The focus on the bottom line often resulted in decisions with significant adverse consequences to former employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Work-life balance is important.

I worked at FLIR full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Friendly managers. Always taking your advice into account. Very clean working environment (hence electronics).
    Good training.

    Cons

Low salary. No perks/benefits. Sometimes component shipments come with a big delay and production stands, which means even lower salary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too high expectations for a position that requires a lot less knowledge.
