Pros – Great people and culture and exciting field to work in.

Cons – intern work could get dull and easy to get pigeon holed into a specific niche

Advice to Senior Management – Have the groups communicate more with each other. It always seemed like there were messes that needed to be cleaned up between each group after the mistake was made.
