High degree of interaction with senior management of clients
Have chance to work with middle market and large cap
Work on some of the most significant bankruptcies

Cons – Travel requirements
Deals are dependent on strength of your manager and your standing with the manager

Advice to Senior Management – Be more flexible about travel needs
Need to put comp more inline with competitors
